Ellsworth and Louise Blake Ellsworth; his wife Gail; his children, Melissa Jones (Bill) and Jeffrey Ellsworth (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Emily, Tim, Megan and Thomas; his cousin Donald Hall; and his brother-in-law David Young.
