Nancy Catherine left this world on April 18, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Waino Tastula and Lillian Tastula (Maki); her husband Martin Somero; her brother Ronald Tastula; and her son-in-law David Salo.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Tastula of Fort Myers, Florida; and her children, Doug Somero (Emma) of Yacolt, Robin Somero of Sharon, Lee Somero (Diane) of South Carolina, Jay Somero (Katie) of South Carolina, Beverly Salo, Jayne Somero (Paul) and Brenda Sikkila (David). She is also survived by 52 grandchildren, 184 great-grandchildren and 34 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Apostolic Lutheran Church (117 Goen Rd, New Ipswich, NH 03071). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Central Cemetery.
