She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl J. Suominen and Amanda M Suominen (Sillanpaa); her husband Guy Porter Washburn; her son Dana Washburn; her grandson Christopher Steele Jr.; and her siblings, Charles, Walter, Elvira Suominen and Fanny Economo.
She is survived by: her children, Ann (William Corbett) of Nashua, NH, Heidi (John Haley) of Greenfield, NH, James Washburn (Pamela Cote) of Mason, NH, Timothy (Claire Washburn) of Greenville, NH and Michael (Kathleen Washburn) of Concord, NH.; her grandchildren, Amanda Mazerolle, David Corbett, Hannah Corbett, Kimberly Anderson, Tara Olson, Samantha Krook, Julie Pyhala, Renee Washburn, Ryan Washburn, Lauren Nelson, Kristen Kivela and Jeffrey Steele; and her friends, Nancy "Sukey" Clough, Rosanna Dube and Michael Farrey.
