He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Cherie; his grandchildren, Kris, Derrick, Josh and Caitlin; his children, Scott, Sierra and Evan; and his sisters, Peggy, Patty, Debbie and Laura. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
