He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Card and Doris Card (Gregg); his children, Bruce and Patty Sue; his siblings, Robert, Richard, Donald Card, Kay Kennedy and Joan Tower; and his great grandchild Lilliana Droz.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie, Randy (Lisa), Sandra, Henry and Dean (Brandy); his wife Patricia Card (Myers); and his sisters, Jane Wall and Andrea Day. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
A life well-lived, Dean's memory will be cherished for his unwavering love, his dedication to family, and his remarkable contributions to his community.
