He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Card and Dean Card; his siblings, Laurie Henault, Sandra Elrick, Randy Card, Henry Card and Doc Card; and his children, Amy Metcalfe, Elizabeth Letters, Julie Droz and Nathan Card. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
