He was predeceased by: his parents, George Levya and Jessie Levya (George); and his wife Barbara A. Ross (Ross). He is survived by: his friend Kenneth Smith; his children, Karen Murphy (John) of Walpole, Kevin Levya-Gardnerand (Brenda) of Cincinnati and Kim Levya (Joanne) of Walpole; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Alex, Ryan, Danielle, Ashley and Michael; and his great grandchild Emma.
