She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Payne and Theresa O'Milean Payne; her husband Herbert; her sons, Christopher of Manchester, NH and Nicholas of Las Vegas, NV; and her siblings, Connie Hewitt of Ohio, Cathy Matton of Florida, Michael Payne of Texas, Mark Payne of Indiana and Matthew Payne of Alabama.
