He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia F Sandell and Arnold Sandell; his wife Joanne Phillips of Champlain, NY.; his children, Christopher Frank, Heather Arnell (John) of Hanover, PA. and Chris (Maura) of Merrimack, NH; his grandchildren, Emily, Sarah, Jonathan of Hanover, PA, Julia, Joe and Ben Eichman of Merrimack, NH.; and his sisters, Julie Flanagan (Joe) and Vickie Murphy (Mick).
