He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Costello and Mary Costello; his wife Lillian T. (Gibson); his son Thomas J. Costello; and his siblings, Margaret Murphy (Madge), Eileen Guerst, Ann Mary Spudnik and John Costello.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret Nadelen (Bill) and Bob Costello (Donald Perez); his grandsons, John Costello (Tina), Robert Costello (Michelle) and Michael Costello; and his great grandchildren, John, Cole, Shawn, Awren, Ali and Theo.
