He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstantinos Persaki and Nitsa Persaki (Kanaki); and his brother-in-law George Georgali. He is survived by: his wife Helen Persakis (Mihailidis); his children, Dino Persakis (Elvia) of Ayer, MA and Nina Williams (Kevin) of Ayer, MA; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander and Natalie; and his siblings, George Persakis (Efi) and Christina Georgali of Athens, Greece. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
