He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rackliff and Merrilyn Rackliff (Collins); his siblings, Judy Collins, Carol Rackliff and Brian Rackliff; his brother-in-law Jim O'Neil; his nephews, Johnny Collins and Anthony Frost; and his great-nephew Danny Frost.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Towle-Rackliff; his sons, Scott Rackliff of Brooklyn, NY and Terry Rackliff Jr. (Amy) of Hudson; his grandchildren, Isabell, Lexus, Vicky and Moose; his siblings, Carl Rackliff (Joanne) of Manchester, Kathy Gaudette (Bill) of Greenfield, Joe Rackliff (Tammy) of Barnstead, Billy Rackliff of Nashua and Angela O'Neil of Litchfield; and his sister-in-law Mary Rackliff of Litchfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
