He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert N. Kelley and Betty E. Kelley (Evans). He is survived by: his wife Ann (Kerouac); his children, Kory Kelley and Patrick Kelley (Emily) of Bristol, CT; his grandsons, Samuel and Charles Kelley; his sister Marcia Kiestlinger (Dan); and his mother-in-law Leona Kerouac. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
