He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Columbia (Houle) of Wolfeboro, NH and Wayne Smith of Virginia; his wife Stephanie (Thoman) of Nashua; his children, Kendal Smith, Isaiah Smith, Talen Grant Smith, Noah Smith and Rion Smith; his grandson Koda Smith; and his brothers, Jon Wayne Smith, Adam Smith and Samuel Smith (Alysse). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
