He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Boutin and Cecile Boutin (LaRose); and his siblings, Pauline Harvey, Estelle Maille and Jackie Kosiol.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl M. Boutin (Marcotte); his children, Jimmy Boutin (Karen) of Dracut and Debbie Connors of Nashua; his grandchildren, Nicole Phaneuf (John) of Dracut, David Connors, Katie Monoxelos of Pelham and James Roger Boutin (Brittany) of Chelmsford; his great grandchildren, Mia, Avery, Sophia, Sloane, Peyton and Lola; his brothers, Robert Boutin of Billerica and Richard Boutin of Lowell; and his sister-in-law Jean Mercier (Leo Mercier) of Epsom, NH.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
