She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Levesque and Mabel Levesque (Bishop); and her siblings, Alfred A. Levesque and Emery Joseph Levesque. She is survived by: her brothers, George Levesque Sr. (Jackie) and Leo Daniel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations in Rena's name to the Alzheimer's Association https://www.alz.org.
