He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Bourque and Irene Bourque (Cormier); and his siblings, Walter Bourque, Robert Bourque, Jackie Daniels and Dorothy Russo.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Zelisko); his daughter Sheryl Perrin (Dan) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Kristen and Ryan Hodge; his brothers, Dennis Bourque (Susan) of Exeter and Paul Bourque of Saint Petersburg, FL.; his brother-in-law Michael Zelisko (Anita) of Salisbury, MA; and his mother-in-law Barbara Zelisko of Vero Beach, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
