She was predeceased by: her husband Philp F. McCarthy. She is survived by: her brother Jerome Salomone of Knoxville; her children, Donnamarie Mills of Chevy Chase, Martha Robertson of Tuftonboro, Philip McCarthy of Methuen, Kevin McCarthy of Manchester, Jeffrey McCarthy of Ithaca and Regina Lapierre of Bethesda; and her children-in-law, Sandy McCarthy, Marleny McCarthy, Mark Mills, Dana Robertson, John Ackerman and Paul Lapierre. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
