She was predeceased by: her mother Theresa 'Terri' Hill (Chamberlain). She is survived by: her grandmother Jackie Chamberlain; her sister Katee Chamberlain (Chris) of Westbrook, ME; her sister-in-law Dawn Gilbert (Walker) of Kingston, NH; and her brother Jay Lewis (Anna McCarthy) of Los Angeles, CA.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
