She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Lewis (Jones) and Charles Lewis; and her husband Allen "Big Al" Hardwick. She is survived by: her children, Serita Allen of Atlanta, GA, Joseph Hardwick (Jacqueline) of Milford, NH, Tara Bryant (Lester) of Rochester, NH and April Long of Salem, MA; her grandchildren, Marilyn Latimer, Camille Bryant, Zhaniya Sellers, Lester Bryant III, Reggie Hardwick, Nayla Hardwick, Zoe Hardwick, Keith Allen, Tanicha Allen and Tyanna Allen; her brother Charles Lewis Jr. (Denise); and her sisters-in-law, Edwina Burke and Phoebe Matthews. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
