He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Picard and Louise Picard (Bibeau); his son Denis Picard; his brother Maurice Picard; and his brother-in-law Albert Charest.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Picard (Charest); his children, David Picard (Paul Weeks) of Arizona, Nanette Robinson (Eric) of New Hampshire and Marlene Picard of Florida; his daughter-in-law Patrice Picard of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Nicole Robinson, Ericka, Kyle LaValley, Jeffrey Picard (Patrick Heese), Ryan Robinson (Bryanne Wilson) and Jeremy Picard; his siblings, Claire Merrill and Donald Picard (Katherine); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Charest and Roland Charest (Susan Charest). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID, a service will be held privately.
