She is survived by: her parent Ellen Duguay; her grandfather Jack Gately; her husband Kenneth Perkins; her grandmother Esther; her children, Leighanne Duguay (Todd) of Nashua and Kenneth Perkins of Hudson; her grandsons, Logan Olson and Jacob Duguay; and her siblings, Cheryl, Derek, Kristina, Maria, Virginia, Joe and Donna (Tom). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and in laws.
