He was predeceased by: his wife Diana I. Rodriguez Ramos; his parents, Luis G. Arizmendi Cintron and Evangelista Rivera Fuentes; and his brothers, Luis Guillermo and Felix Angel.
He is survived by: his children, Kizzy Arizmendi Rodriguez of Nashua, Juan I. Arizmendi Rodriguez of Puerto Rico and Ansel Arizmendi Rodriguez of Texas; and his grandchildren, Erien, Jasiel, Ansel Yael, Zariel Kenier, Aksel Melik, Avianna Serenity, Amber Karielyz, Amani and Justin. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
