McQuaid (Rosalie) and Diane Gauthier (Norman); his granddaughter Nicole Blake (Sean); his great grandchildren, Brent Gauthier, Ian McQuaid (Crystal) and Ryann McQuaid (Hannah); his pet Franklin; and also, Andrew McQuaid (Alyssa), Douglas McQuaid and Gordon McQuaid.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's name to Fairview Nursing Home.
