He was predeceased by: his parents, Simone Fornaro and Grace Fornaro (Anastasia); and his sisters, Connie Heady and Rose Levine. He is survived by: his brother Rev. Francis Fornaro (Chuck Frates) of Bedford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
