She was predeceased by: her parents, Philibert Roy and Lea Roy (Labrecque). She is survived by: her husband Normand Picard; her children, Steven Picard (Ivy) of Rocklin, CA, Lisa Picard of Nashua and Kevin Picard (Jean) of Litchfield; and her grandchildren, Andrew and Alissa of Litchfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
