Janet A. Erickson Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janet A. Erickson (Nashua, New Hampshire), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Janet left this world on March 17, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Dumont and Dorothea Dumont (Foley). She is survived by: her husband Wayne M. Erickson; her children, Joy Erickson of South Carolina and Kris Erickson of Merrimack, NH; her grandchildren, Aubrey Erickson and Carter Erickson; and her siblings, Geraldine Courtemanche (Louis), Roger Dumont (Pat), Joseph Dumont (Christine), Thomas Dumont (Karen) and John Dumont (Diane). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rochette Funeral & Cremation Services (21 Kinsley St, Nashua, NH 03060). A prayer was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 6:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Hampshire State Veteran Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Janet's name to the Community Hospice House, 7 Executive Park Drive, NH 03054.

“Rest Janet, I always admired your strong Faith. I remember the simple years growing up together in Roslindale. We would run to the "Joke Shop" and get the penny candy and joke gifts-- When our Grandparents gave us change. We would blame each other when our Mom would find soap and water marks after we washed dishes. My deepest condolences to Wayne, Joy, Aubrey, and Carter. Love, your brother Joe”
