She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah Holland of Bere Island and Margaret Holland (Sullivan) of Castletown Bere, Ireland.; and her brother Donald Holland. She is survived by: her sister Ann M Callahan (Holland); her children, Maureen Ace, Kerry Hall, Annmarie Genetti and Daniel Callahan; her brother Francis Holland (Cynthia); her nieces and nephews, Maegan Kelley, Micaela Johnston, Donald Holland Jr., Cheryl Holland and Tracy Maynard; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica, Shawn, Lindsay, Ashley, Kayla, Caitlin, Mackenzie, Joseph, Jack, James, Jacqueline, Daniel, Kiera, Liam, Ailish and Remy.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Irene, came be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
