He is survived by: his wife Stacey (Chambers); his daughter Brandelle Patrich (Kevin) of Jacksonville, FL; his granddaughter Penelope Isabel; his brother John Devereau of Brookline, NH; his mother-in-law Patricia "Millie" Chambers of Jacksonville, FL; his sister-in-law Shawna Hadaway of Jacksonville, FL; his nephew Zane; and his pet Sophia Patricia.
