He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth C. White O'Neil and Thomas F. O'Neil, Jr.; his wife Pam; his children, Kevin O'Neil (Lisa), Jeryl Finan (Tim), Peggy O'Neil (Ted Dennler) and Allyn Hendrixson (Jack); his grandchildren, Michael (Matthew O'Neil), Megann Finan, Tom Finan (Lisa), Robert (Daniel Finan), Nathaniel (Aimee Dennler), Jacquelyn, Kerith and Abigail (Camille Hendrixson); and his brothers, Allen O'Neil (Janet) and Armand O'Neil (Eloise). He was also cherished by cousins and several nieces and nephews.
