He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Costa and Marjorie Costa (Armstrong); his brother Roy Costa; his sister-in-law Judith Tello; his mother-in-law Ruth-Anne Reed; and his brother-in-law Thomas Reed.
He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea Costa of Tyngsboro, MA and Savanna Costa of Manchester, NH; the mother of his children Kimberly Costa (Reed) of Nashua, NH; his brothers, David Tello of Chelmsford, MA, Peter Tello (Valerie) of Groton, MA and Ronald Costa of Errol, NH.; and his pet Sonny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
