He is survived by: his son Frederick "Skippy" Perkins, Jr. (Amy) of Nashua; his brother Peter Perkins (Velma); his siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Valeri, Barbara Ostroski (Ray), Larry Crowley (Diane), Doug Crowley (Joanna) and Jim Crowley (Ron Viola); and his pets, Rusty, Emily and Teddie.
