He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Raak and Gertrude Raak (Mutzke). He is survived by: his wife Jeannine (Rousseau); his daughters, Evelyn Franklin (Greg) of Long Island, NY and Michele Dilley of Marlboro, MA; his grandchildren, Kristopher, Kayla and Meredith; and his sister Doris Herkner of Germany.
