He is survived by: his wife Mary (Scheuren); his brothers, Robert Chuba (Carol) and Richard Chuba; and his parents-in-law, Patty O'Connor (Terry), Helen Madonna (Michael), Nancy Roth (Edward Sr.) and Lynn Watson (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
