He was predeceased by: his father Dudley Carter; his stepmother Anne Carter; his mother Frieda Roderick (Charles Roderick); and his brother Bryant Carter. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Carter (Aksilowicz); and his brothers, Roland, Mark and Tracey Carter. He is also survived by brother-in-law, sisters-in law, and nephews, nieces and cousins.
