He was predeceased by: his mother Hessy Zlotek; and his wife Nancy. He is survived by: his father Edward Zlotek; his daughters, Tricia and Patricia; his son-in-law Jon Law; his daughter Katherine; his son-in-law Darrin Dezotelle; his sister Laurie (Jack Sulger); and his grandchildren, Isaac, Paige and Augustus.
