He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn Caufield (Griggs); his wife Loretta Caufield (Sargent); and his parents, Stella Powers and Daniel J Caufield. He is survived by: his children, DJ Caufield of Helena, MT, Dean Caufield of Andover, Dennis Caufield of Lynn, Darren Caufield of Lynn, Ann Marie Wilson-Crockett of Groveland, Mary Lou Jelinek of Exeter, Brian Garofalo of Waltham and Kevin Garofalo of Billerica. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Daniel's memory to the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children.
