It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel G. Chouinard of Nashua, New Hampshire, born in Danvers, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Mona Chouinard (Jalbert). He is survived by: his father Gilbert Chouinard; his wife Pattie; his children, Matthew, Ryan, Chelsi and Adam; his daughter-in-law Chyna; his grandchildren, Serenity, Joss, Owen and Ellyza; his siblings, Philip and Rene; and his sisters-in-law, Sue and Karen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
