He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Noddin and Bernice Noddin (Stanley); and his brother Bruce Noddin. He is survived by: his son Michael Noddin; his grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas and Sabrina; his daughter Cassandra Noddin; his grandson Tyler of Massachusetts; his stepchildren, David, Carla and Erin; his sister Cheryl Noddin Faubert (John); his niece Jessica; his sister-in-law Bonnie Noddin; his niece Caitlin; and his nephew Benjamin of Massachusetts.

At the request of Dale's family, due to the pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
