She was predeceased by: her grandmother Constance Polychronopoulos. She is survived by: her parents, Karin Bulger (John) of Nashua and Stuart Polychronopoulos of Nashua; her siblings, William Polychronopoulos of Portsmouth, Justin Johnston of New Hampshire and Nina Lotmon (Peter) of Manchester; her grandparents, William Polychronopoulos and Ursula O'Neil of Massachusetts; her uncles, Christopher Polychronopoulos (Michelle) of Windham and Stan Polychronopoulos of Nashua; her aunt Linda Campbell (Edward); and her cousins, Timothy, Olivia, Emily and Kate Polychronopoulos.
