She was predeceased by: her parents, Kazimierz Jaworski and Josephine Jaworski (Malecka); her husband Leonard Dems; her son Leonard F. Dems; her granddaughter Rene O'Donnell; and her siblings, Jane Kowalewski, Joseph Jaworski, Frances Justian and Henry Jaworski.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Hazen, Karen O'Donnell and Bernard Dems; and her grandchildren, Cody Dems, Brian O'Donnell, Emily Hazen, Dylan Dems, Kyle Hazen, Melanie O'Donnell, Eric Hazen, Wil Dems and Helen Dems.
