She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Belanger and Marie Louise St. Perre; her husband Maurice Belanger; her grandson David Francey; and her siblings, Irene, Beatrice, Yvette, Pauline, Eva and Henry St. Pierre.
She is survived by: her children, Pauline Belanger Francey of Nashua, NH, Donald Belanger (Huguette) of Center Barnstead, NH and Robert Belanger (Lydia) of Nashua, NH.; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Francey Theriault (Michael Theriault) of Nashua, NH, Benjamin Belanger (Sam) of Manchester, NH, Bridgette Belanger of Asheville, NC, Patrick Belanger (Elizabeth) and Andrew Belanger (Crystal) of Nashua, NH.. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home (26 Kinsley St, Nashua, NH 03060). A Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Infant Jesus Church (121 Allds St, Nashua, NH 03060). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Saint Francis Cemetery (32 Pinehill Ave, Nashua, NH 03064).
The family requests in lieu of flowers a donation be made in Cecile's loving memory to the Merrimack Community House in Merrimack, NH.
