She was predeceased by: her parents, Akhtar Talashi and Hussain Talashi; and her husband Mohamad Ali. She is survived by: her son Morteza Zandbod (Elizabeth) of Salem, NH; her grandchildren, Amanda Zandbod (Jonathan Grenier) and Bijan Zandbod; her great grandchild Rocky Grenier; and her cousins, Hussein Hezarkhani (Shahrzad) and Hezarkhani.
