He is survived by: his parents, Tina Melvin and Anthony Sr; his stepmother Linda Duval Sr; his sister Talayna Chouinard; his brother-in-law Robert Chouinard; his brother Anthony Jr; his sister-in-law Kendra Duval Jr; his brother Andrew Duval; and his sister-in-law Gabriella Duval. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 3 nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
