He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Pelchat and Regina Pelchat (Valliere); his brother Albert Pelchat; and his son-in-law Paul Plante. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne (Desrosiers); his children, Adrian J. Pelchat Jr. (Denise) of Brookline and Catherine Plante of Manchester; his grandchildren, Kristofer Pelchat (Jillian), Gerard Plante and Jacqueline Russell; his great grandchildren, Juliana Cyr-Pelchat, Aiden Pelchat, Noa Pelchat, Chloe Russell, Dante Plante and Cameron Plante; and his siblings, Richard Pelchat (Joyce) of Amherst, Raymond Pelchat (Linda) of Milford, Roger Pelchat (Sandie) of Milford and Regina Boldini of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
