He was predeceased by: his aunt Mary Anne Schrank; and his uncles, Vincent A Hartigan, Jr. and Steven Blakeslee. He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Callahan (Chris); his nieces and nephews, Anita and Cecie; his sisters, Margaret Hartigan and Ann Hartigan; and his aunts and uncles, Maurice Hartigan, John Gaynor Hartigan, Farlow Blakeslee, Jefferson Blakeslee, Edith Kitchin and Kate Blakeslee. He is also survived by many cousins from both sides of his family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in William's memory may be made to the SquashBusters, Boston, or the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
