He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, John Conforti, Jr., James Conforti, Joseph Conforti, Nicholas Conforti of Tilton, Mitchell Conforti, Dominic Conforti, Angela Conforti and Nicole Walsh of Riverhead, NY; his grandchildren, Bryan, Liam, Conner, Erin, Kalianna, Natalie, Tucker and Jayden; and his brothers, Wayne Conforti, Sr. of Flanders, NY, Michael Conforti of Raleigh, NC, Brian "Dickie" Conforti and Along.
