He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Keenan (Chamberlin); his former wife Phyllis Keenan (Hammond); his father Charles H. Keenan; his daughter Pamela J. Keenan; his brother Robert Keenan; his sister-in-law Virginia Cinnamond (Dick); and his nephew Jimmy Keenan.
He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis J. Hammond; his wife Edna F. Bryant Keenan (Proulx) of East Ryegate; his sons, David P. Keenan (Beverly) of Lyndonville, VT and Matthew S. Keenan (Karen) of Dublin, NH; his grandchildren, Ashley Keenan, Scott Keenan (Krissy), Staci Keenan, Danny Keenan and Andrew Keenan; his sister Alice Frazer of Monroe; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Moore of Monroe, Barbara Farr (Maynard) of Monroe, Mary Hatch (Paul) of Enosburg Falls, VT and Edith Craig of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
