He is survived by: his wife Susan B. Welsh (Lee) of Monroe; his children, Jennifer M. Erickson (Erik) of Whitinsville, MA and Jason R.; his grandchildren, Elijah, Carter, Cooper, Emma and Abigail; and his sister Joan M. Welsh. He is also survived by several cousins and their children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grafton County Nursing Home, at 3855 Dartmouth College Highway, North Haverhill, NH 03774-4909 for their exceptional care and high level of dedication to all their residents.
