She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor C. Smith (Maskell) and Howard; and her brother John. She is survived by: her husband Alan Brooks of Tuftonboro, NH; her daughters, Stephanie Brooks of Wilmington, N. C. and Jennifer Brooks of Concord, NH; her granddaughter Ashlyn Brooks of Wilmington, N. C.; and her siblings, Lynda Sawicki (Gary) of Loudon, TN., Debra Myers (Steven) of Hoschton, GA, Susan Curran (Joseph) of Rochester, NH, William Smith (Kelly) of Merrimack, NH and Dawn Smith (Susan Piche) of Goffstown, NH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
